QUESTION: We recently performed a database rebuild on one of our PR-Tracker projects which has around 8000 problems. It took 3 hours. Is this normal? ANSWER: No this is not normal. The rebuild should only take a few minutes. Version 5.10.0022 of the PR-Tracker Database Repair Utility has a performance problem. As far as we know, this is the only version of the DBREPAIR.EXE that has this problem. It shipped with PR-Tracker 5.10.0132.
