QUESTION: I recently upgraded to version 4.20. What happened to the Query (sort by field-option)? I use it all the time to list data by the 4 custom fields. ANSWER: Sorting is now handled by the Make View dialog. Do menu View | New View to get to the Make View dialog. Note that you can select up to 3 levels of sorting on the right side of the dialog. You can also sort problems by clicking on the column headers in the problem list.
