QUESTION: When starting PR-Tracker Web Client I get the following error: Run-time Error 3447:The Jet VBA file (VBAJET.dll for 16-bit versions, or VBAJET32.dll for 32-bit versions) failed to initialize when called. Try reinstalling the applications that returned the error. ANSWER1: This error may be caused by an invalid SETUP.LST file in the setup files for PR-Tracker 4.30 or PR-Tracker Web Client 4.30. This error is present in setup files downloaded before August 29, 2000. Download new setup files from http://www.prtracker.com/download.html If the solution above doesn't solve the problem, read on. ANSWER2: Error 3447 may also be caused by mismatched DAO or Jet Files which are newer than what PR-Tracker uses. Consequently, reinstalling PR-Tracker won't help.
