QUESTION: When I run the check.exe program that comes with PR-Tracker it tells me that the RICHTX32.OCX file is not installed on my machine. ANSWER: This error may be caused by an invalid SETUP.LST file in the setup files for PR-Tracker 4.30 or PR-Tracker Web Client 4.30.
