PROBLEM Email notifier is not working. It is configured to run as service. SOLUTION The error happens because the Service User Identity is a local user. If the PR-Tracker database located on a different computer than the email notifier is running on, the Service User Identity must be a domain user so that the email notifier has access to the network.
