PROBLEM
I've installed PR-Tracker on all our workstations without issue. However, one of my users is receiving the error below - he is in the same security group as others. How can I troubleshoot this error?
Error 70: Permission denied

SOLUTION
Check to see if Distributed COM is enabled on the computer with the problem. To check do these steps:
1) Click the Windows START button and select Run from the popup menu
2) Run DCOMCNFG.
3) In the Distributed COM Configurations properties dialog click tab Default Properties
4) Check the box to enable distrubuted COM and make sure all the other setting match those of the working computers.
