QUESTION: When trying to connect PR-Tracker, I receive the error message: Run-time Error 7: Out of Memory. PR-Tracker is used to work on my computer. I have uninstalled the application, renamed the program directory, rebooted, and then reinstalled the application. The error still continues. ANSWER: Try to re-register VSFLEX7L.OCX using Regdrop.exe. Both are in System32 directory. (Drag and drop the file VSFLEX7L.OCX over to regdrop.exe.) If it doesn't solve the problem, run Check.exe and send the check results to technical support.
