PROBLEM: When I try to connect PR-Tracker in client server mode I get "Error 462: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable". This error may be caused by Windows Firewall on the computer acting as the PR-Tracker server. ANSWER: To configure the Windows Firewall to allow PR-Tracker to run over the local network do these steps: 1) From the Control Panel, start Windows Firewall 2) Click the Advanced tab 3) Uncheck the box Local Area Connection
