QUESTION:
When trying to connect PR-Tracker as a web client I get this error message:
PR-Tracker can't connect to the server
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
ANSWER:
This connection problem can occur when the PR-Tracker Server Service is not running on the PR-Tracker server. To fix the problem open the Services applet on the computer hosting the PR-Tracker database and start the PR-Tracker Server Service.
Also check the Prtracker.Server.Service.log file for any errors.
