QUESTION: I am trying to connect PR-Tracker as a Network Client and I get this message: PR-Tracker can't connect to the server. Unable to connect to the remote server. No connection could be made because the target maching actively refused it. ANSWER: This connection problem can occur when the PR-Tracker Server Service is not running on the PR-Tracker server. To fix the problem open the Services applet on the computer hosting the PR-Tracker database and start the PR-Tracker Server Service. Also check the Prtracker.Server.Service.log file for any errors.
