PROBLEM: If a non-administrator attempts to install PR-Tracker Web Client, they will get the following error messages: An error occurred while registering file ITIRCL.DLL An error occurred while registering file ITSS.DLL Most components register correctly if the user is a Power User, however, these DLLs require to user to be an Administrator to register.
