PROBLEM: When running the PR-Tracker setup program I receive the following error after seelcting the prgram group: An error occurred while registering the file CRVIEWER.DLL. SOLUTION: This error may occur if you don't have IE 4.0 or above installed on your computer. If you install IE and do PR-Tracker setup again this problem will be solved. If you chose not to install IE 4.0 or above the PR-Tracker Help and Reports features may not work properly. This issue only applies to Windows 95 and NT since IE 4.0 or above is automatically install on Windows 98, 2000 and ME workstations.
