PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When a problem report is viewed, the problem description textbox is blacked out.
SOLUTION:
This issue applies only to PR-Tracker 4.0 and above.
This problem occurs if the RICHTX32.OCX or RICHED32.DLL is an earlier version than the one required by PR-Tracker. Run CHECK.EXE as described on webpage http://www.prtracker.com/check.html and examine the version for RICHTX32.OCX and RICHED32.DLL. If you have older versions than what PR-Tracker shipped, delete them and reinstall PR-Tracker.
On some computers these components are write protected so that the newer versions shipped by PR-Tracker can't be installed. We don't know why these files get set to read only but we believe it is caused by a setup error in another application.
