Error 3343 usually occurs when a PR-Tracker .MDB file is opened in a newer version of Access than what PR-Tracker uses and the file is saved in the new Access format. To fix the problem run the PR-Tracker Database Repair Utility and rebuild the affected project. The Database Repair Utility is located under the PR-Tracker program group.
