PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When copying a message from an Exchange message into a new PR, the following error occiurs when trying to copy parts of this copied message into the clipboard (I tried to select "RE: applix 67113" hit the ctrl-c, and then the displayed message appeared (Run-time error 32011). Causing the PR-Tracker system to crash) SOLUTION: To work around this problem, paste into Notepad first. Then do a copy from Notepad and paste it into PR-Tracker.
