QUESTION: Our programming staff will work on more than one project at a time. Is there a way for a user to enter a query and have is search all projects? I'm looking for a way to get a list of any or all open items for a particular user (tester or programmer) from all projects. ANSWER: Applies to 4.20 to 4.xx PR-Tracker only performs query on one project at a time. If a user wants to see their assignment on all projects they will need to open each project and check it. Note that the PR-Tracker toolbar contains a button to find "Problems waiting for my attention". This way a user can find the problems assigned to them with one button click. Another way for users to be notified about problems they need to work on is through the PR-Tracker email notification feature. If you haven't activated email notification on yet, we recommend that you follow the instructions in PR-Tracker online help to activate it.
