QUESTION: We have several people who have left the company. Before leaving, they used PR-Tracker and entered multiple problem reports in our project databases. We would like to reuse their licenses for other new users. If we delete them as users, will we introduce problems for our database records that still include their names as either resolvers or testers? ANSWER: Deleting and adding usernames won't cause any problems. All data entered by former PR-Tracker users stays intact.
